Bill Gates and Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg announced on Wednesday that tehy will spend $500 million to stop people around the world from smoking.

Next, they'll tackle masturbation, swearing and then eating and drinking. Then, no sleep. They were raising a fund to cure procrastination, but their efforts were postponed.
